These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Jörg-Otto Krebber in the field of nutritional consulting and related services.
2. Services
The services provided include individual nutritional advice, guidance on dietary habits, and recommendations related to digestive health (e.g., gut cleansing programs).
All services are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief.
3. No Medical Advice
The services offered do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice by a licensed physician. Clients are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or health-related changes.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health condition.
Any implementation of recommendations is at the client’s own responsibility.
5. Liability
Liability for damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for health issues arising from the application of recommendations.
6. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when an appointment is agreed upon (e.g., via email or contact form).
7. Prices and Payment
Prices and payment terms are agreed individually unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may be charged.
9. Applicable Law
German law shall apply.
